Aegis Logistics LLC is hiring Delivery Driver Associates to join our team delivering packages on behalf of Amazon.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently, staying active throughout the day, and providing excellent customer service. Drivers operate company-provided vans to deliver packages to residential and commercial customers throughout the delivery area.

What You’ll Do

As a Delivery Driver Associate, you will safely operate a company delivery van and deliver packages to homes and businesses along a pre-planned route.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle

• Deliver 150–200+ packages per day depending on route volume

• Use handheld technology to navigate routes and complete deliveries

• Load and unload packages from the delivery vehicle

• Follow all traffic laws and company safety procedures

• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with customers

• Perform daily vehicle inspections

• Work efficiently to complete deliveries on schedule

Drivers typically work 4 days per week with shifts up to 10 hours per day.

Applicants must:

• Be at least 21 years old

• Have a valid driver’s license

• Be authorized to work in the United States

• Be comfortable working independently

• Have a strong reliability and attendance record

• Be able to work weekdays and weekends when scheduled

• Be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

No prior delivery experience is required. Paid training is provided.

Physical Requirements

This is a physically active position.

Drivers must be able to:

• Lift, push, pull, and carry packages up to 50 lbs

• Walk frequently throughout the shift

• Climb stairs and navigate residential and commercial properties

• Enter and exit the delivery vehicle 150+ times per shift

• Work outdoors in varying weather and temperatures
