Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:
- Active Illinois Speech Language Pathology license (IL SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for CFY supervision
- Experience in healthcare or school-based pediatric settings preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to K-8 students
- Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to ensure holistic support
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with school and federal requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Adapt therapy strategies to align with each child’s unique needs
