Qualifications:

• Active Illinois Speech Language Pathology license (IL SLP)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for CFY supervision
• Experience in healthcare or school-based pediatric settings preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to K-8 students
• Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to ensure holistic support
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with school and federal requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
• Adapt therapy strategies to align with each child’s unique needs
