System Migration Specialist, Senior
The System Migration Specialist will support Agile development teams with backlog grooming, test planning, and stakeholder coordination and will serve as operational advisor to the Government PMO. Primary Duties/Qualifications:
- Expert-level understanding of MAF operations.
- Deep familiarity with mission planning systems such as GDSS, MEIS, CAMPS and MAFPS.
- Demonstrated success leading gap analyses and operational impact evaluations.
- Extensive experience with requirements analysis.
- Capable of leading cross-functional teams in support of system integration and capability delivery.
- Experience briefing HAF, HQ AMC, and AFLCMC/C3BM leadership on modernization strategies.
- Strong grasp of project management and Agile/SAFe frameworks.
- Skilled in translating user needs into training support and capability enhancement plan

- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 8–10+ years of advanced experience in operational planning, system integration, or requirements development.
This position is subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. In order to complete the requirements for government security clearance investigation you must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to complete the full background investigation. This position requires an Active Secret Security Clearance with ability to obtain and maintain a higher clearance if required. Compensation:
While skills, education, and experience are key factors, they are not the sole determinants of salary. Other determining factors include but are not limited to location, contract budgets and requirements, and government labor category guidelines. The estimated salary range for this position is $85,000-$95,000. KAIROS also provides a comprehensive benefits package as additional employee compensation.
