- This is a Temp-To-Hire, W-2 position. We are not able to do 1099 or C2C.
- It is hybrid role that will need to be based in the U.S.
- You must meet our U.S. Eligibility requirements for work authorization as noted under "Additional Information" at the bottom of the job description.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop business requirements from a data and analytics point of view in an agile execution model.
- Perform complex data analysis on structured and unstructured data formats; and define KPI or performance and analysis metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data requirements.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
- Investigate data, data sources and perform complex data quality analysis
- Analyze data processes, identify end-to-end processes, research solutions and plans and coordinate the remediation of these deficiencies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and technology staff, including off-shore personnel, to ensure that communication is open and ongoing.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Expert in performing advanced and complex data analysis.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to effectively collaborate with multi-disciplinary groups and all organizational levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level organizational and project management skills in order to handle multiple concurrent assignments in a timely manner and to monitor processes throughout a team or department
- Strong decision-making skills
- Advance level proficiency with Microsoft Office includes Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio, SQL, & Azure DevOps
