Roles & Responsibilities

Though your responsibilities and duties may vary from time to time, working as a Service Advisor Includes:

• Workflow Management
• Be the liaison between drivers and our technicians
• Fully understand and be able to operate all shop software
• Complete all Work Orders
• Order parts for work to be completed
• Answer all phone calls to the shop
• Greet every driver that walks into the shop
• Double check work orders, parts orders, and vehicle deliveries for accuracy and completion

Driver Experience Management

• Ensure every driver that walks through our doors has a good experience
• Talk drivers through their full inspection report with an emphasis on “why” it matters
• Guide drivers through our service process (proactively communicate, answer questions, etc)

Collaboration & Communication

• Collaborate with technicians on how to discuss recommendations with drivers
• Learn from other Service Advisors and Coordinators to improve personal workflow

Shop Support

• Follow all safety procedures
• Maintain a clean workspace and well-stocked refreshment bar
• Support teammates with tasks as needed and as your able to
• Share optimization opportunities with management
