Systems Coordinator

Modern Woodmen of America is looking for a detail oriented and analytical individual to develop, coordinate and maintain programs and systems involving reports and processes for our Members' Service department. The successful candidate will provide training on the departments systems and procedures to Members' Service staff and other internal departments.

Responsibilities:

• Act as liaison with Information Technology, Enterprise Program Management Office, and other impacted departments to coordinate systems changes, projects, and testing.
• Assist in planning, coordinating, prioritizing, and implementing systems and projects that impact the Members' Service department.
• Ensure the timely and effective completion of testing cycles.
• Analyze, develop, and maintain reports to track and improve department processes.
• Develop new system procedures to provide efficiencies in all work processes.
• Conduct training in the use of procedures and systems involving the premium and certificate processes.
• Help create and maintain procedure files for all functions of the department.
• Assist the Information Technology department in coordinating the exchange of information with outside vendors to help expedite the Members' Service process.
• Review compliance requirements. Research and coordinate systems changes to meet those requirements.
• Assist with monitoring production levels and recommending improvements in work processes.

What we need:

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience.
• Life insurance industry experience preferred, but not required.
• Promote a positive and professional image and develop productive relationships with all levels of internal and external customers.
• Ability to adjust and be flexible in a rapidly changing environment.
• Ability to communicate and explain clearly, concisely and effectively with a variety of audiences.
• Organize and prioritize daily tasks to work both independently and with a team.
• Strong technical skills including advanced proficiency with Excel. Knowledge of current systems is a plus. Excellent problem solving and communication skills.

What we offer:

• Pay: The hourly pay for this position is $28.00. The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications and prior experience.
• Work Arrangements: This is a full-time hybrid position: 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours per day), Monday- Friday, with flexible start time between 7:00AM-9:00AM. Hybrid positions work at least 3 days in office and the remaining days each week working from home. Employees beginning to work in a new hybrid role will be asked to work on-site (5 days a week) during the initial training period which may be up to 1 year.
