Your Role:
As an Esthetics Teacher, you will inspire and educate students in the essential techniques of skincare, makeup artistry, and esthetic treatments. You will guide students through a comprehensive curriculum designed to equip them with the skills and knowledge necessary for successful careers in the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum.
• Conduct demonstrations and provide hands-on training in esthetic techniques.
• Assess and evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback.
• Foster a positive and interactive learning environment within the classroom.
• Collaborate with faculty to enhance the curriculum and overall educational experience.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Must hold an active Illinois State Teaching License.
• Proven experience in esthetics or a related field is preferred.
• Teaching experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A strong passion for education and a commitment to student success.
• Monday thru Friday 5-10:00pm CST

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $20.00 and $23.00/hr. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
