Organizational change manager
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Manager to lead and execute the end-to-end change management lifecycle for large-scale, global initiatives. This role will develop and implement change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, and communication/training programs while leveraging methodologies such as ProSci ADKAR . The ideal candidate is highly organized, confident in presenting to C-suite leaders, and skilled at driving adoption through clear, impactful communication and strong ownership.

Skills and Requirements
3+ years of Organizational Change Management experienceExperience leading and executing the end-to-end change management lifecycle (i.e., change strategy, change impact assessment, stakeholder analysis, communication/change/training plans, implementation)
Experience working with a global initiative/large scale enterprise and understanding the nuances (ex: language change for different regions, adhering to local laws)
Strong MS Suite experience with the ability to present PowerPoints to key stakeholders
Experience with Agile projects
Familiarity with ProSci ADKAR methodology
Organized, well-spoken, concise, and able to work autonomously
Proven experience writing internal comms (Stakeholder speechs, FAQs)
Very ownership and accountability driven, can hold their own in C-suite level meetings ProSci ADKAR certification or similar certification
