SKILLS AND TRAITS THAT HELP YOU SHINE IN THIS ROLE

• 3 years experience required (5+ years preferred)in a professional auto repair facility
• Solid R&R skills - brakes, suspension, tires, wheel alignments
• Comfortable with light diagnostics - EVAP codes, check engine lights, O2 sensors, misfires
• Basic electrical diagnosis - starting, charging, and getting around an engine
• Light engine work - timing chains, timing belts, camshafts
• ASE Certification required
• Self-starter who figures things out rather than waiting to be told
• Curious enough to dig into a problem and find the answer, whether that's AllData, Identifix, or just asking a teammate
• Team player who asks questions when stuck and answers them when someone else is
• Valid driver's license and your own tools

BUT… this role isn't for someone who needs their hand held every step of the way.
