Led by Blaine, a local insurance agent with a serious love for helping people protect what matters most, our agency is all about making insurance simple, easy, and personal. Whether you're helping someone choose auto insurance or guiding them through life insurance options, you're making a real difference in our community. We serve the Westchester area (plus Cicero, La Grange, Oak Park, and more!), and we’re growing fast – that’s where you come in!

What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Sales Rep at Blaine Carragher State Farm, you'll be a key part of our team’s mission to offer tailored insurance solutions and exceptional customer service. Here’s a peek at your day-to-day:

Sales Goals – You’ll get to show off your sales skills by helping new and existing clients find the right coverage for their needs.
‍‍ Relationship Building – We’re big on community around here, so you’ll get to connect with customers, build lasting relationships, and provide personalized service that truly stands out.

Customer Support – Have a client with a question? You’ll be their go-to person, making sure they’re fully informed and feel confident about their insurance choices.

Growth & Development – You’ll be setting the stage for future opportunities to move into leadership roles with management responsibilities as we grow (and we’re growing!).

We want someone who’s a people person, driven to make an impact, and ready to have some fun while helping others! We don’t need you to be a seasoned insurance pro (though if you are, we’re all in!)—what we care about is your attitude, energy, and enthusiasm for the job. Here’s what we’re looking for:


BILINGUAL SPANISH

A love for talking to people and building relationships (it’s all about that personal touch!).
Sales experience or a keen interest in learning the ropes.
A go-getter attitude and the drive to hit goals.
A quick learner who’s adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of the local community (or a willingness to learn!)
Bonus points if you’re outgoing, positive, and have a great sense of humor.
