What You’ll Do
Execute dishes consistently while following all food safety and sanitation standards
Prep, stock, and maintain your station for smooth service
Follow standardized recipes to uphold quality and consistency
Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly
Maintain a clean, organized workstation (FIFO, labeling, hygiene)
Complete opening, mid-shift, and closing duties efficiently
Work with urgency to support the flow of service
Execute allergy protocols with care and accuracy
Who You Are
A professional cook with solid fundamentals and kitchen experience
Organized, reliable, and calm under pressure
Team-oriented and communicative
Open to feedback and motivated to improve
Detail-driven with a respect for standards and systems

Physical Requirements:
- Lift and move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Safely and effectively use all necessary tools, equipment, & cleaning chemicals
- Stand and walk for an entire shift, including moving safely through all areas of the restaurant, which may include stairs, uneven and slick surfaces
- Ability to bear exposure to hot and cold environments
