ServiceNow IRM Architect

Contract Assignment: 6 Months

We are seeking a highly experienced and certified Contract ServiceNow IRM Architect to lead the design and implementation of sophisticated Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) solutions for our this pivotal role you will be the technical authority translating complex client requirements into scalable best-practice-driven ServiceNow IRM architectures. You will have the opportunity to shape risk management strategies mentor team members and deliver high-impact solutions for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture & Design: Lead the end-to-end design and architecture of ServiceNow IRM solutions including Policy and Compliance Management Risk Management and Audit Management.
• Technical Leadership: Act as the subject matter expert (SME) on ServiceNow IRM providing guidance on industry best practices platform capabilities and the interrelationships between IRM ITSM ITOM and SecOps products.
• Client Engagement: Collaborate directly with clients to analyze their GRC environment define requirements and recommend the optimal technical and strategic approach to meet their business objectives.
• Hands-On Configuration & Development:
  • Configure and customize IRM components such as policies controls risk frameworks audit test plans assessments and vendor risk contracts.
  • Design and modify ServiceNow forms workflows business rules scripts and UI policies.
  • Develop and configure IRM portals and operational reports.
• Integration Expertise: Design and implement complex integrations between ServiceNow IRM and external systems using Integration Hub REST/SOAP APIs and other methods.
• Project Lifecycle Management: Lead and contribute to all phases of the implementation lifecycle in an Agile environment from design and development through Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) and deployment.

Qualifications & Required Experience (MUST HAVES)

• 7 years of overall professional experience in ServiceNow platform implementation and configuration.
• 6 years of hands-on experience specifically with ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) implementations.
• 4 years in a dedicated IRM Architect or Lead IRM Developer role responsible for solution design and technical decisions.
• A proven track record of designing and architecting complex IRM solutions with a deep understanding of the IRM data model plugins and accelerators.
• Extensive demonstrable experience with ServiceNow integrations with external third-party systems.
• Strong understanding of the interrelationships and dependencies between ServiceNow IRM and other ServiceNow products (ITSM ITOM SecOps).
• Hands-on development experience in core IRM modules: Policy & Compliance Management Risk Management and Audit Management.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
• Active ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist IRM certification.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Vendor Risk Management.
• Technical proficiency in web technologies such as HTML CSS JavaScript AngularJS and JSON.
• Experience conducting entity scoping exercises for IRM implementations.
• Knowledge of common regulations and standards (e.g. GDPR SOX ISO 27001 NIST).
• Exceptional client-facing communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Targeted Pay Rate: $64.00/Hour
