This role assists in the daily & ongoing financial & leasing operations of the property. This includes the financial performance of the property; by maintaining revenues & expenses, in accordance with the budget. Must have strong technical skills in budget preparation and reporting, finance, leasing, operations and a solid understanding of Fair Housing. Proven leasing experience a must. Ideal candidate will spend 60% of their time in financials and remaining 40% in a leasing capacity.
