Order Entry Specialist
LaSalle Network has partnered with a U.S. based manufacturer specializing in industrial tools and components to hire an Order Entry Specialist.
Key Responsibilities- Enter and manage customer orders using Epicor ERP
- Look up and enter highly customized orders (finish, coating, compounds, etc.)
- Maintain long-term client accounts
- Communicate with internal teams (sales, plant manager) to verify order details
- Take and enter orders over the phone and/or via email
- Participate in shared responsibility of answering and routing incoming calls
- Strong attention to detail (critical due to customization complexity)
- ERP system experience preferred
- Customer service experience and strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
Logistics
- Fully onsite in Itasca
- Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:30am-4:00pm
- Compensation is pending experience, but ranging from $20 to $24/hr.
