Full Job Description:
Affinity Home Care Group is hiring a dependable and experienced caregiver to provide high-quality care to a male client in Orland Park, IL. This position requires hands-on assistance and a caregiver who is confident with mobility support and physical caregiving tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Provide safe transfers, lifting, and repositioning
- Support with mobility, ambulation, and fall prevention
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Provide companionship and ensure client safety
- Drive client to appointments and errands as needed
Requirements:
- Previous caregiving experience required
- Experience with transfers, gait belts, and mobility support strongly preferred
- Must be able to lift, transfer, and reposition clients (50+ lbs)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
