Logistics Coordinator | Customer Support | Routing Optimization
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented **Logistics Assistant** to join our team in a **fully remote role**. This is a great opportunity for candidates starting their career in logistics, as full training will be provided. If you are organized, a strong communicator, and enjoy problem-solving, this role is a strong fit. You will play a key role in supporting logistics operations, assisting drivers, and ensuring smooth processes, all within a **remote, fast-paced environment.**
****Key Responsibilities:**
***Process Tracking & Coordination**
- Track trip documents and ensure validity
- Coordinate with internal teams
- Maintain accurate records and update trucking management systems
***Customer Support:**
- Communicate with drivers regarding deliveries and updates
- Resolve issues and provide timely solutions
- Ensure a positive and professional customer experience
***What We’re Looking For:**
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Good attention to detail and organization
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working with systems, tools, or spreadsheets
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
***Nice to Have:**
- Experience in logistics, customer support, or data entry
- Familiarity with tracking systems or operations tools
***Working Hours:**
- Primarily 4 PM - 12 AM Central Time (US), Monday to Sunday
- 40 hours per week
- Must be flexible in shift changes
