Now, we are looking for an enthusiastic, people-focused Service Manager to lead our small, but growing Plumbing Department . If you are a natural leader, mentor, and motivator who loves developing others and driving results, this is your chance to build a career you can truly be proud of.

What You will Do

• Design, oversee, and continuously improve our plumbing service and installation programs.
• Lead, train, mentor, and inspire plumbing technicians, apprentices, and sales staff.
• Create personalized career development paths and training plans.
• Identify skill gaps and provide hands-on support and solutions.
• Help develop training programs and materials.
• Interview and hire new technicians alongside our recruiting team.
• Support sales efforts with system design, layouts, and material selection.
• Conduct home visits, prepare proposals, and present solutions to customers.
• Ensure tools, equipment, and shop standards are properly maintained.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous management, training, or teaching experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, initiative, creativity, motivation, and patience (lots of it!)
• Excellent communication skills—written and verbal.
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable multitasking.
• Experience facilitating training programs is a plus.
• Comfortable using Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
