The Billing Team’s core functions include timely and accurate billing reconciliations, invoicing, and resolving billing inquiries. Our team maintains a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and best practices. We work closely with the Pricing Team, Invoicing Team, and Client Service Managers, striving to provide a transparent and favorable billing experience for our customers. You will flourish on this team if you thrive in detail-oriented work, take ownership of your responsibilities and are passionate about delivering accurate, efficient, and customer-focused billing solutions.
Please Note: This is a hybrid role. We’re looking for a strategic thinker and strong communicator to join our team as a Senior Financial Analyst. In this high-impact role, you’ll go beyond the numbers—delivering insights that drive smarter decisions, more efficient processes, and long-term financial success. You’ll partner across the business and gain visibility with senior leadership, all while working in a culture that values growth, innovation, and balance.
- Analyze complex financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks—and translate your findings into actionable insights that guide strategic decisions
- Build dynamic, executive-ready reports, models, and presentations that clearly communicate financial concepts, even to non-financial audiences
- Leverage expert-level Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros, advanced formulas) and Power BI to streamline analysis and create automated dashboards and apply AI tools to elevate forecasting, reporting, and operational efficiency
- Improve processes by identifying bottlenecks and collaborating across teams to implement solutions
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, IT, Managed Care (GBCARE), Legal, and others—engaging diverse perspectives and aligning financial strategies to business needs
- Occasionally partner directly with clients to resolve issues, support pricing conversations, or deliver insights
- Present your findings and recommendations with confidence to senior and executive leadership
- Tackle unstructured projects with curiosity and a strategic mindset, balancing big-picture thinking with detailed execution
- Prioritize effectively under pressure, especially during peak cycles like month-end close, while managing competing tasks and deadlines

About YouRequired:
- Bachelor's degree and 4 years related experience required
- Strong Excel and financial management software skills are essential
Preferred:
- 4+ years of experience in accounting and/or finance
- Strong understanding of accounting principles & procedures
- Understanding revenue and expenditures
- Self-motivated, able to work independently
- Strong Excel skills
- Able to learn new systems quickly
- Adaptability/willingness to work in a fast changing environment
- Strong communication skills, ability to work as a strategic business partner
- Experience with developing and implementing process improvements
