Multi-Practice Dental Operations Manager – Pinnacle Dental Group (Plainfield • New Lenox • Clarendon Hills, IL).

Pinnacle Dental Group is expanding and seeking Dental Practice Manager to help lead our 3 small DSO organization into a larger DSO.

We’re looking for driven, high-energy leaders who are passionate about building productive, purpose-driven practices and helping patients, doctors, and teams thrive.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily operations across one or more practices

• Drive growth and productivity through strategic marketing and team accountability

• Lead HR initiatives including recruiting, onboarding, and performance management

• Manage employee development, culture, and patient experience

• Coordinate with our in-house digital lab and clinical teams to ensure seamless workflow

• Act as the right hand to ownership — executing systems, supporting doctors, and improving efficiency

• Build strong relationships in the community and represent PDG’s brand through excellence and compassion

Who You Are

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities

• Energetic, positive, and unstoppable — you don’t take “no” for an answer

• Kind, emotionally intelligent, and passionate about helping others succeed

• Experienced in dental or medical management (preferred but not required)

• Skilled in communication, marketing, HR, and team leadership

• Have at least 5 years of relative and successful experience
