Associate Attorney
Corporate & Commercial Litigation Associate
A growing, full-service law firm in Arlington Heights is seeking an experienced Corporate & Commercial Litigation Associate to join its practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys hands-on litigation work and is looking for a collaborative, high-performing environment.

Responsibilities:
- Review and prepare corporate documents and commercial contracts
- Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, briefs, and motions
- Manage all phases of litigation, including fact and expert discovery
- Take and defend depositions
- Prepare for and assist with trial proceedings
- Independently handle motions practice, including arguing motions
Qualification:
- Minimum of 2 years of corporate/commercial litigation experience
- Strong legal xrczosw writing and oral advocacy skills
- Experience handling depositions and discovery process
- Ability to manage responsibility and work both independently and as part of a team
- Insurance defense experience is a plus
