An established long-term care and rehabilitation organization is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and motivated Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our leadership team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing daily nursing operations.
- Support regulatory compliance and quality assurance initiatives.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and supervision to nursing staff.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure exceptional resident care.
- Participate in staff education, scheduling, and performance management.
- Assist with surveys, audits, and infection prevention activities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Current RN license in the state of Illinois, in good standing.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing leadership experience, preferably in skilled nursing or long-term care.
- Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Experience with electronic medical records preferred.
