Job Description:
About the Role:
The High Volume Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for high-volume manufacturing roles. This role requires a proactive, fast-paced approach to sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates while building strong relationships with hiring managers. You'll add value to this role by performing various functions, including but not limited to:

Managing end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Posting job openings across multiple platforms and reviewing all qualified applicants within 48 hours.

Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline through strategic outreach, networking, and partnerships.

Partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and support hiring decisions.

Scheduling interviews, facilitating debrief sessions, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience.

Tracking key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness) and implementing strategies for continuous improvement.

Maintaining compliance with hiring laws and company policies while ensuring accurate record-keeping.

Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The anticipated compensation for this position ranges from $64,000 to $96,000 annually. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics and business or organizational needs. For certain roles, the successful candidate may be eligible for annual discretionary merit compensation award, bonus and equity pay.

About You:
You'll fit right in if you have:

3+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in recruiting.

Experience in high-volume hiring, preferably within a manufacturing or staffing agency setting.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple roles at once.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
-
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
-
Ability to work independently, adapt to shifting priorities, and meet recruitment targets.
Preferred:
-
Background in manufacturing operations, production roles, or related job functions.

Experience with workforce planning and innovative recruitment strategies to reduce turnover.
