Premier Gymnastics West is seeking an experienced Girls Competitive Team Coach to join our coaching staff and work with athletes across multiple competitive levels, including Development Program (DP) and Xcel.

We are looking for a coach who is passionate about athlete development, understands long-term progression, and takes pride in helping gymnasts reach their full potential in a positive and structured training environment.

Premier Gymnastics West is an established and growing program committed to strong fundamentals, athlete safety, and a team culture that supports both individual growth and competitive success.

Responsibilities include:

• Coaching athletes in the USA Gymnastics Development Program and Xcel programs
• Developing and implementing skill progressions and training plans
• Providing technical instruction and constructive feedback to athletes
• Communicating clearly with parents and athletes regarding progress and expectations
• Following and implementing USA Gymnastics guidelines and safety standards
• Working collaboratively with the coaching staff to support overall team development
• Maintaining a positive, disciplined, and supportive training environment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience coaching competitive gymnastics
• Strong technical knowledge of women’s artistic gymnastics
• Ability to motivate athletes while maintaining high standards for training and behavior
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Current USAG professional membership (or ability to obtain)

Pay is commensurate with experience.
