Pay Range: $23-24/hr | Tax Credit/Affordable Housing Experience Required

What You'll Do

Administrative Assistant/Leasing Consultant:

• Perform general office duties including answering phones, filing, and data entry
• Assist with compliance paperwork and reporting for LIHTC and Affordable Housing programs
• Provide administrative support to property staff and management teams
• Maintain organized resident files and ensure accuracy of documentation
• Greet residents, vendors, and guests in a professional and welcoming manner

What We're Looking For

• LIHTC/Tax Credit or Affordable Housing experience required
• 6+ months of leasing OR administrative support in multifamily housing
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws is a plus
• Experience with property management software like Yardi, OneSite, or BlueMoon
• Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills
• Reliable transportation and a professional work ethic
• Friendly, team-oriented, and detail-focused
