Compensation: $18.00 – $20.00 / Per Hour

Work Schedule: Saturdays & Sundays, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Job Description:

Our client is seeking a polished and personable Weekend Receptionist to support front desk operations during their busiest days. This role is highly visible and requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will bring warmth, professionalism, and reliability to every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
• Respond to general email communications
• Welcome and assist residents, families, and guests
• Maintain front desk coverage throughout the shift (position requires extended periods of standing and walking)
• Support daily package distribution, including approximately one hour of delivery assistance per shift
• Provide general administrative and customer service support as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience preferred
• Friendly, upbeat, and professional demeanor
• Comfortable being active and mobile for the majority of the shift
• Willingness to assist with package handling and deliveries
• Strong communication skills and dependable work ethic
• Ability to work onsite every Saturday and Sunday
