????️ Factory Fabrication Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Fabrication Supervisor to lead our daily production operations . You will be instrumental in ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-quality production of our fabricated components, driving operational excellence, and mentoring a talented crew of fabricators and welders.

What You Will Do (Responsibilities):

• Lead Production: Supervise all daily fabrication activities, ensuring production schedules are met on time and within quality specifications.

• Safety & Compliance: Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing all company safety policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance (e.g., OSHA).

• Quality Control: Oversee fabrication quality, conduct inspections, and implement corrective actions to minimize defects and rework.

• Team Management: Train, coach, and evaluate team members. Manage staffing, resolve conflicts, and foster a collaborative environment.

• Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to fabrication processes, tool utilization, and workflow efficiency.

• Equipment Maintenance: Coordinate with Maintenance to ensure all fabrication equipment (welders, presses, cutters, etc.) is properly maintained and calibrated.

What You Will Bring (Qualifications):

• Experience: 3+ years of progressive experience in a manufacturing/fabrication environment.

• Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in fabrication techniques, blueprint reading, and specific processes relevant to our work

• Safety Knowledge: Demonstrated commitment to safety with a strong understanding of industrial safety practices.

• Communication: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certification or Associate’s degree is a plus.
