Data Entry Clerk (3rd Shift) - Chicago, IL
Position: Data Entry Clerk
Contract: ASAP Start (Once Onboarding Clears) – 4/19/2027
Schedule: 3rd Shift, Thursday – Monday, 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM
Location: Chicago, IL
Pay Rate: $19.80/HR, Paid Weekly
Parking Information: Parking in the building garage is approximately $100/month for 3rd shift. Additional parking options are available nearby, and public transportation may also be considered.
Required Qualification: Previous Document Examination (DE) experience is required to be considered for this role.
Job Description:
This role is responsible for managing complex files while proactively preventing and resolving client escalations. The position involves a combination of production and operational support functions, including accurate data entry, document review, and file assembly. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across multiple systems and workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and address production issues while managing complex client escalations.
- Assist with client-related concerns to prevent further escalation.
- Prioritize and organize workload to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and review documentation to ensure compliance with established requirements.
- Execute tasks in alignment with company policies and document management guidelines.
- Perform accurate and timely data entry using a full keyboard and 10-key numeric keypad.
- Meet SLA deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Communicate and escalate issues such as system errors, discrepancies, or out-of-balance transactions in a timely manner.
- Utilize reporting tools to support daily job functions.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with lockbox products, particularly within healthcare.
- Familiarity with medical terminology.
