worldwide service, repair and remanufacturing in the areas of electronics, hydraulics, robotics, servos and mechanical components for various industries. [ \The Purchasing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting operations by
ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of parts and materials. This position partners closely with technicians, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain efficient workflows and accurate inventory handling.Essential Functions
- Procure parts and materials in a timely manner based on technician
- Source products at the most competitive price while maintaining
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to pricing, orders,
- Receive, inspect, and distribute incoming parts to appropriate team
- Evaluate and price miscellaneous electronic components for the
- Evaluate and price miscellaneous motor components for the motor
- Maintain organized records and complete filing as needed
- Order and manage office supply inventory
- Provide backup support for hydraulic purchasing activities as needed
- Support additional projects and responsibilities as assigned
Experience, Education and Skills
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Associates degree or better in related area of study is preferred
- 1+ years\' experience in a similar purchasing role
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Demonstrated computer proficiency, including experience with general
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact
- Basic understanding of electronic components is preferred
- Basic understanding of motor components is preferred
