Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) – Illinois

A well-established, resident-focused skilled nursing facility in Central Illinois is seeking an experienced and driven Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to provide operational leadership and ensure exceptional quality of care. Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and day-to-day operational oversight of the facility

• Ensure compliance with all Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) and federal regulations

• Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and interdisciplinary teams

• Drive quality improvement initiatives and maintain continuous survey readiness

• Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and census growth strategies

• Foster a positive, resident-centered environment for residents, families, and staff

• Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies, vendors, and community partners

Qualifications

• Current Illinois Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) — required

• Demonstrated experience as an Administrator in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting

• Strong working knowledge of IDPH, CMS, and Medicare/Medicaid regulations

• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Track record of successful survey outcomes and quality performance metrics

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field — preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• $85,000 to $105,000 annual
