Position Overview:

As a Crew Member, you'll play a key role in delivering a great customer experience. From preparing pizzas to keeping the restaurant clean and welcoming, you’ll help keep things running smoothly while working as part of a friendly and motivated team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a smile and provide excellent service
• Prepare and package food following Little Caesars’ standards
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with stocking and inventory as needed
• Work as a team to meet goals and keep operations running efficiently

Qualifications:

• Prior fast food or customer service experience is a plus, but not necessary
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
