Finance Operations Manager
Summary
Responsible for overseeing daily plant-level accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective internal controls, and compliance with GAAP/IFRS. Leads the site finance team and supports month-end close, cost accounting, and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the finance operations team.
- Oversee cost accounting and inventory valuation (raw materials, WIP, finished goods).
- Manage month-end close, including journal entries, accruals, and intercompany transactions.
- Review balance sheet reconciliations and support financial reporting.
- Assist with internal and external audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing.
- Prior supervisory experience.
- CPA or CMA preferred.
- Strong ERP and advanced Excel skills.
