Associate Dentist
Established dental clinic in Eastern Iowa is seeking a compassionate and skilled associate dentist, replacing one of our retiring doctors. Our private family practice proudly serves the Quad Cities in Iowa and surrounding communities. Built on the values of family, trust, and reliability, we provide individualized care in a supportive and team-oriented environment. Compensation: $750 daily guarantee or collections (whichever is higher),
Estimated annual earnings: $175,000 - $250,000+ yearly.

About the Position
Our practice serves a diverse patient base with about 50% PPO, no HMO or medicaid. We perform a wide variety of procedures including restorative, cosmetic, pediatric, and surgical services. You will work with cutting-edge equipment such as CBCT, digital X-rays, intraoral scanners, milling, and soft tissue lasers. We're up-to-date on technology and committed to continuous improvement.
While the ideal candidate has at least one year of experience, we are open to new grads that have excellent clinical and communication skills, are detail-oriented, reliable, positive, and have a desire to build lasting patient relationships. Candidates should be eager to grow with our practice and potentially pursue future partnership.
