Provide friendly, professional support to job seekers, employers, and partners.
Guide candidates through recruitment processes and answer questions.
Support client communications and coordination of staffing needs.
Maintain accurate records in our database and ATS.
Resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
Handle administrative tasks and documentation.
Collect feedback to improve services.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Customer service or administrative experience preferred.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruitment software.
Team-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
