Are you someone who’s worked hard in construction, on a farm, in the oilfield, or in any hands-on job? Are you ready to take that work ethic and grow into a skilled trade?

We’re looking for a mechanically inclined individual with a labor background to join our team as an Assistant Technician . In this role, you’ll work alongside experienced technicians at client sites, helping detect and repair leaks in industrial equipment.

This is a hands-on, boots-on-the-ground role —perfect for someone who likes physical work, wants to learn a specialized skill, and is looking for long-term growth.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in locating and repairing leaks in pipes and industrial equipment
• Use tools such as calipers, torque wrenches, and tape measures
• Help install clamps, enclosures, and custom repair devices
• Follow safety procedures and support quality control
• Communicate with your team and on-site personnel

What We’re Looking For

• Background in physical labor (construction, ranch/farm, oilfield, mechanical work, etc.)
• Mechanically inclined – from work, hobbies, or personal projects
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to travel occasionally for emergency jobs
• Able to pass pre-employment and random drug screening
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in industrial environments
• OSHA 10 or 30 is a plus – or willingness to obtain it
