We are seeking a talented and experienced Director of Nursing to lead a fast-paced Skilled Nursing Facility with a strong short-term rehab focus and long-term care component. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a high-performing, well-supported operation with an established clinical team already in place.

Qualifications

• Current RN license

• Proven DON experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility

• Strong clinical, regulatory, and leadership skills

• Experience with short-term rehab and LTC preferred

• Ability to lead, inspire, and hold teams accountable for outcomes
