Schedule: Monday–Friday
Pay: $35–$45 per hour (DOE)
Location: Manufacturing / Industrial Environment

We are seeking an Industrial Electrician with strong PLC troubleshooting experience—particularly with Allen-Bradley systems—and hands-on factory experience, including exposure to CNC machinery. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in high-quality work, prioritizes safety, and enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment.

What You’ll Do

As an Industrial Electrician with MMS, you will:

• Install, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems (up to 480V, 3-phase)
  
• Troubleshoot and diagnose PLC systems with a focus on Allen-Bradley
  
• Support CNC machines and machine tool electrical systems
  
• Work with motors, VFDs, control panels, and high-voltage components
  
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
  
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
  
• Support equipment upgrades and new installations
  
• Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and safety standards
  
• Respond to breakdowns and support continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
  
• Completion of electrical apprenticeship or technical training
  
• 3–5+ years of industrial/manufacturing electrical experience
  
• Strong PLC troubleshooting experience (Allen-Bradley preferred)
  
• Experience working with CNC equipment in a factory setting
  
• Knowledge of 480V, 3-phase power systems
  
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical documentation
  
• Solid understanding of NEC and OSHA standards
  

Preferred:

• Journeyman or Master Electrician License
  
• Experience with Siemens or other automation platforms
  
• Familiarity with CMMS systems
  
• Experience in lean manufacturing environments
  

Tools & Technology You’ll Use

• Multimeters and megohmmeters
  
• PLC programming software & HMI interfaces
  
• Diagnostic equipment for industrial automation
  
• CMMS systems for tracking maintenance and repairs
