We focus on takeout and delivery while supporting events in our adjacent space. We're seeking an energetic manager to handle our takeout and delivery operations in this simple setup.

Job Summary:
As the Takeout & Delivery Manager, you'll lead the daily operations of our walkup pizza window, ensuring smooth takeout and delivery services. This hands-on role involves team coordination, order management, and excellent customer satisfaction in a straightforward, no-frills environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise a small team , including shift scheduling, basic training, and performance feedback.
• Manage order intake via phone, app, or in-person at the window, overseeing preparation, packaging, and handover/dispatch.
• Track basic inventory for pizza ingredients, boxes, and supplies to avoid shortages and reduce waste.
• Address customer questions, resolve issues, and gather feedback to maintain high satisfaction.
• Work with delivery partners (in-house or apps like DoorDash) for efficient routing and on-time service.
• Uphold food safety protocols, window cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor daily sales and suggest simple promotions or upsells to increase orders.
• Coordinate with the pizza prep team for peak-time efficiency;
• Handle cash, daily closeouts, and simple reports.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in food service supervision, ideally in pizza takeout or quick-service settings.
• Solid leadership and team motivation skills.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with basic POS systems, delivery apps, and inventory tools.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced role, including standing, lifting up to 40 lbs, and multitasking.
• High school diploma or equivalent; food safety certification (e.g., ServSafe) preferred.
• Valid driver's license for occasional needs.
• Flexible availability for shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
