Insulation Installer/ Spray Foam

Insulation Installer (Spray Foam / Blown-In) — Full-Time

$19/hr Training Rate | Up to $35/hr Experienced | W-2 or 1099

Want a solid trade with steady work and real growth? We’re hiring Insulation Installers to join our field team. If you’re reliable, motivated, and ready to learn, we’ll train you. If you’re already experienced in spray foam or blown-in cellulose, you can start at higher pay.

What You’ll Do

• Install spray foam, blown-in cellulose, and batt insulation in attics, walls, and crawlspaces
• Prep job sites: protect surfaces, set up equipment, and air seal gaps before install
• Work safely and efficiently in residential (and small commercial) projects
• Follow work orders and complete jobs with quality, cleanliness, and professionalism
• Communicate with your crew lead and support a smooth, on-time job finish

What We’re Looking For

• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
• Comfortable working in attics/crawlspaces (tight spaces, heat, ladders)
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
• Able to lift and carry materials/tools as needed

Pay & Position Type

• $19/hr for trainees
• Up to $35/hr for experienced installers (based on skill + speed + quality)
• Full-time | W-2 or 1099
