Primary Activities/Duties

Order Entry and Verification

  • Receive, review, and accurately enter customer orders into Salesforce.
  • Verify order details, quantities, pricing, and customer specifics; resolve discrepancies prior to processing.
  • Ensure all required documentation (purchase orders, quotes, etc.) is complete and accurate.
  • Process monthly renewals and ensure contracts are updated accordingly.

Customer Communication and Support

  • Communicate order status updates to Account Managers via phone, email, or chat.
  • Address and resolve order discrepancies, complaints, and issues professionally; escalate complex cases when needed.
  • Perform general office duties and additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, accounts receivable, customer service, or a related field.
  • A business or finance-related degree may be considered in lieu of experience.

Skills & Knowledge

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, S4/Hana, and Salesforce.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Professional telephone etiquette; courteous and friendly demeanor.
  • Strong initiative, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Preferred experience with Salesforce and SAP.

Additional Information

  • Work Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday. Flexible scheduling available.
  • Reports To: Order Operations Manager
  • Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, 401(k), and vacation time after waiting period.
