Job Description
As Manager, US Third Party Governance Office, you are accountable for supporting and executing the US Third Party Risk Management program. You will coordinate risk assessments, ongoing monitoring, reporting, and metrics to ensure effective risk-based oversight of third party relationships.
Key Accountabilities

Manage US Third Party Governance Operations:
Oversee the day-to-day operation of the US TPGO Supplier Governance Program, identifying and reporting on strategic, high-risk, and high-value suppliers.

Policy and Process Enhancement:
Identify, create, and refine US-specific processes, policies, tools, and procedures to improve supplier management and governance.

Risk Mitigation:
Provide strategic recommendations to address and prevent third party risks within the US TPGO mandate.

Program Development:
Support the development and refinement of the US Supplier Governance monitoring program.

Stakeholder Engagement:
Serve as the primary contact for US business units, vendor management offices, and suppliers regarding supplier management processes and improvement opportunities.

Committee Support:
Support the US Third Party Risk Committee (TPRC) in fulfilling its mandate.

Process and Tool Creation:
Develop and revise US-specific processes, tools, and templates for supplier governance.

Training Collaboration:
Work with stakeholders to provide input for training on effective supplier contract management and governance.

Business Guidance:
Ensure business units understand and implement supplier management requirements.

Procedural Review:
Conduct meetings with US business units to identify and prioritize process improvements to maximize contract value.

Issue Resolution:
Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve procedural and policy issues, disputes, escalations, and negotiations.

Risk Assessment:
Lead US-specific risk and control assessments for third party relationships, including subcontractor and country risk.

Subject Matter Expertise:
Act as the US region's subject matter expert on third party risk, supporting relevant departments and relationship managers.
