Overview
Physical Therapist travel assignment in Mattoon, Illinois. Start date 06/01/2026 for 13 weeks. Guaranteed 40 hours per week. Shift: 8-hour days (8:00 AM–4:30 PM) with the option to work 4x10s. Work setting: hospital-based rehabilitation program.

Responsibilities
- Plan and execute rehabilitation programs to help patients return to higher levels of physical function
- Deliver therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, gait training, manual techniques, and physical modalities as prescribed
- Assess patient progress, document outcomes, and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Communicate effectively with patients and families to motivate adherence to home exercise programs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, discharge planning, and goals
- Ensure patient safety, infection control, and compliance with documentation standards

Requirements
- Active Illinois Physical Therapist license
- BLS (AHA) certification
- 1+ year of physical therapy experience
- Submission requires 2 Supervisory Reference Forms with dates of employment
- Ability to work in a hospital-based rehabilitation setting
- Current professional profile with work history and skills relevant to physical therapy
