We’re looking for a full-time Patient Services Representative to join our welcoming dental office in Evanston. Located just two blocks from Lake Michigan, our office offers more than just a great work environment—your lunch break could include a relaxing walk by the lake. We’re seeking someone friendly, reliable, detail-oriented, and professional who takes pride in creating a positive patient experience from the moment someone walks through the door.

Office Hours

· Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

· Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

· Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

· Thursday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

· Two Fridays & two Saturdays per month: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

What You’ll Do

· Greet and welcome patients with warmth and professionalism

· Schedule appointments and manage daily office flow

· Verify insurance benefits and assist with claims processing

· Answer phones, texts, and patient inquiries

· Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA

· Support the dental team to ensure a smooth, positive patient experience

· Perform administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and data entry

What We’re Looking For

· Dental office experience preferred

· Experience with Eaglesoft or similar dental software is a plus

· Knowledge of dental insurance and scheduling preferred

· Strong communication and organizational skills

· Dependable, positive, and team-oriented mindset

· Ability to multitask while staying calm and professional
