Maintenance Manager

Maintenance Manager Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and oversee maintenance activities to ensure equipment runs efficiently

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce failures and downtime

• Supervise, train, and support maintenance technicians

• Collaborate with other departments to deliver timely maintenance solutions

• Manage maintenance budgets and ensure cost-effective operations

• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies

• Conduct routine inspections to identify and address maintenance needs

• Maintain detailed records of maintenance work, equipment logs, and inventory

• Oversee vendor and contractor relationships for services and supplies

Maintenance Manager Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field

• 5+ years of maintenance management experience, ideally in manufacturing or industrial settings

• Strong technical knowledge of maintenance processes, equipment, and systems

• Excellent leadership and team management skills

• Proficiency with maintenance management software

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
