Schedule: Part-time (hours flexible, Monday–Friday)
Pay: $15–$25 per hour (based on experience)

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Assistant Office Manager to support daily administrative and accounting functions. This role will assist with accounts receivable, sales tax filings, and a variety of general office duties. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and comfortable handling multiple tasks in a small office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with Accounts Receivable , including invoicing, payments, and customer account follow-ups
- Support sales tax filings and payments
- Perform miscellaneous administrative and office support duties as needed
- Provide general support to management and other office staff
- Handle additional tasks as needed to support office operations
Requirements
- Previous office, accounting, or administrative experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of accounts receivable or bookkeeping is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay range of $15–$25 , based on experience
- Flexible part-time schedule
- Consistent weekday hours
