MyMenopauseRx is seeking a dedicated, organized, and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our growing virtual healthcare practice. In this role, you will support both clinical operations and front-office functions, ensuring our patients receive seamless, high-quality care.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a remote environment, communicates with warmth and professionalism, and takes initiative to solve problems independently. At MyMenopauseRs, we lead with empathy, trust, and collaboration.

What You’ll Do

✅ Deliver exceptional patient service through phone, video, email, text, and portal communications
✅ Coordinate scheduling, appointment confirmations, and follow-up communications
✅ Support prior authorizations, pharmacy refills, and lab result tracking
✅ Accurately update and maintain patient records in our EMR
✅ Perform clinical administrative duties within the scope of your certification
✅ Protect patient privacy and ensure full HIPAA compliance

What We’re Looking For

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA or RMA) required
2+ years of experience in medical office or telehealth setting preferred
Prior experience with an EMR required
Prior experience with CoverMyMeds and prior authorizations preferred
Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills
Reliable self-starter who enjoys working independently

Work Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time, 40 hours/week (Monday–Friday some evenings)
• $22-24/hour, non-exempt
• Hybrid 75% remote and 25% in person (Winfield, IL)
