We're hiring a W-2 Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)  to provide school-based services  for the 2025–2026 school year . Position Details

• Caseload: Â High School Students
• Schedule:  Monday–Friday, some flexibility on days
• Hours: Â Approximately 30 hours/week
• Dates:  September 2, 2025 – May 29, 2026
• Location: Â On site preferred, would consider hybrid for the right fit!

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services in accordance with students’ IEPs
• Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and service logs
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to student goal planning

Qualifications

• Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid Illinois Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License
• Pupil Personnel Staff Certificate
• ASHA CCC preferred (CFs welcome—supervision available)
• School-based experience preferred but not required
• Strong collaboration and organization skills
