Quality Control Coordinator
We’re looking for someone who can jump in and help make our protein bars and make sure they meet the highest safety and quality standards. You’ll be hands-on with production from prepping ingredients to final packaging while also being the detail-obsessed checkpoint before our bars head out the door.
What You’ll Do
Assist with prep and production , including mixing, forming, and packaging bars.
Conduct taste and texture checks for every batch to ensure consistency.
Verify weights, seals, and labeling accuracy.
Keep detailed QA records and batch logs.
Enforce all food safety protocols and train others on proper handling.
Flag and correct any production errors on the spot.
What We’re Looking For
Required: Active Food Safety Manager or Food Handler Certification.
Strong attention to detail — you notice everything from a mislabeled box to a texture change.
Strong palate; can detect small differences in flavor/texture.
Comfortable working in a busy kitchen environment — at least 1 year of commercial kitchen experience.
- Reliable, organized, and proactive.

Two month contract role, approx. 20 hrs/week (schedule to be agreed upon).
