We are seeking a driven and business savvy Outside Sales Rep with phenomenal relationship and people skills to join our Business Development Team and assist in taking our organization to the next level. Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Building Relationships: Working directly with clients to establish, develop, grow and maintain relationships

  • Developing a Growth Plan: Speaking with 20+ decision makers daily to exchange information, find opportunities and build a pipeline of open jobs

  • Market Management: Serve as a subject matter expert

  • Sales Management: Negotiating contracts, terms, and exclusivity

  • Pipeline Development: Managing a four county territory with endless opportunities

  • Customer Service: Proactively anticipate clients’ needs and then lead the BDM team in creating a delivery strategy to exceed expectations

Qualifications:

  • Business Savvy

  • Previous experience in outside sales, business development, consultative sales or customer relationship management

  • Skilled at building strong relationships with new and existing clients

  • Self-motivated, passionate, and willing to go the extra mile

  • Excellent follow up and problem solving skills

  • Obsessed with helping others succeed

  • Must have a positive attitude and a desire to win

  • Following established processes for developing and working a place with accurate documentation

  • Knowledge of recruiting industry, concepts, practices, and procedures a plus
