Payroll Supervisor

Fitch Group is currently seeking a Payroll Supervisor based out of our Chicago office.

Successful candidate will be joining the US payroll and benefits team working from the Chicago office.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Oversee and manage the payroll process for all employees’, ensuring payroll is processed accurately, on time, and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring accuracy of employee data, wage adjustments, deductions, and benefits
• Prepare and review payroll reports, reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance to ensure accurate benefit and deduction processing
• Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy

You May be a Good Fit if:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, regulations, and best practices
• Proven experience as a Payroll Manager or similar role

FOR NEW YORK AND CHICAGO ROLES ONLY: Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $100,000 and $110,000 per year. Actual salaries will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors. Base pay is one part of Fitch’s total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, long-term incentives, and other benefits sponsored by Fitch.
