Job Details
2-4 years experience as a Benefits Associate with experience counseling clients on legal compliance related to qualified retirement plans (e.g., 401(k), 403(b), 457(b), etc.), group health plans (including HIPAA, COBRA, Affordable Care Act, MHPAEA compliance), and deferred compensation plans. Experience with Taft-Hartley multiemployer plans is also desired, as would experience in ERISA litigation.

ERISA counseling and related drafting experience.
Litigation and multiemployer plan experience is a plus
